Problem

No part of the heating system works – boiler, timer clock, etc. all stopped.

Likely Cause

Someone has accidentally switched off the heating master switch on the wall in the kitchen, below the boiler.

What you can do

Check the switch. If it is in the ‘on’ position, check the RDC (‘fuse’) box in the cupboard under the stairs.

You will need help from a professional plumber to track down the problem.
